I am a Registered Art Therapist providing online art based counseling psychotherapy services for clients coping with psychological trauma (ptsd, cpsd) including sexual & physical assault & domestic violence).. I work with anxiety, depression, traumatic dissociation, grief & loss, attachment injuries, chronic pain, tbi & mtbi and substance dependence.

I incorporate mindfulness & somatic approaches in my work with clients to shift & release the pain & stress from adverse experiences embedded in the body.

I also integrate the Flash Technique, a newly developed therapy uses bilateral stimulation and eye movements to safely decrease & eliminate disturbing traumatic memories. It allows clients to safely process charged memories without distress or overwhelm.

I have been providing online therapy services to clients since April 2020.. I am a CVAP service provider
